EXERCISE/STRETCH THERAPY - $59/session

• Stretches (static, dynamic, PNF), exercises, rehab drills, gait and grip training, coordination and balance training, post-operation rehab.

• Feeling tight? Dynamic and assisted stretching techniques can help you get your flexibility back. If you're an athlete, laborer, or you work in trades or haul freight, this option is your best bet for recovering from those highly demanding tasks. 

CUPPING THERAPY - $49/session

• Vacuum cups are applied to the skin to bring bloodflow and circulation to the areas of pain. Effective for stubborn trigger points and muscle spasms. 

• Combining it with red light therapy can help with increasing the body's tissue healing response and improving circulation.

SPINAL DECOMPRESSION THERAPY - $49/session

• Specialized devices for cervical and lumbar decompression, effective for certain disc lesions like bulges and herniations.

ULTRASOUND THERAPY - $45/session

• Deep heating and spasm reduction, helpful for "-itis" conditions like bursitis and tendonitis, as well as frozen shoulder and tendon contractures such as Dupuytren's. 

SPINAL ADJUSTING - $39/session

• Get your joints moving right! Routine adjusting can help with aches and pains from arthritis and daily wear and tear.

TENS THERAPY - $39/session

• Electrostim therapy for therapeutic benefits such as reducing muscle spasms and inducing the body's own pain modulator pathways via enkephalins and endorphins. Effective for migraines, arthritic pains, and discomfort from other conditions. 

HOT STONES - $20/session

• Heated basalt stones are great for laying over trigger points, they retain heat for a long period and soothe aches and pains away. 

KINESIOLOGY TAPE - $10/session

• Type and brand vary

• When applied using proper technique, helps control tissue swelling and allows the skin and muscles to recognize proper movement patterns when biomechanics are disrupted after injury or surgery, and can help rebuild proprioceptive sense for postural control.
